At times the Picard brothers, or rather their conflict, stuck me as a bit childish, especially their fight in the vineyard. But all in all I have to agree that it was rather refreshing to see that there is a life beyond Starfleet for our heroes, and that these people are not all about gallivanting around the galaxy. If it takes a little squabble to drive that point home I guess I shouldn't complain. ;-)

Makes me wish the episode would have been longer and given the writers time to develop the family members of the crew a bit more. There were times when the characterization was almost too cliche for my taste, but thankfully never so much that it distracted from the fun of watching this episode. :-)

Heh! That's why I called it classic. I meant more... stereotype? A classical conflict between brothers. But it was surely fun to watch
